Summary of Job
The Inside Sales Account Rep is a sales support role supporting the outside sales
executives for FishNet Security. The Inside Sales Account Rep is the focal point of the customer’s daily interaction with FishNet Security and is responsible for executing customer action items and closing sales opportunities.
Essential Functions
• Work in a supporting role to the outside sales Executives
• Ability to multitask ongoing activities from multiple people in a fast environment
• Produce accurate and timely quotations for products and services
• Understand forecasting methodology and be able to accurately forecast working
opportunities
• Prepare and submit accurate orders to purchasing
• Qualify vendor leads by conducting first-call into prospect
• Be able to initiate and leverage vendor sales and technical resources for FishNet
sales executives when needed
• Provide outstanding customer service both by phone and email
• Respond quickly and accurately to requests from inside resources as well as outside clients
