Content Customization Scenario One:Client Hosted PCI Policy Customization
A company came to FishNet Security Training Services and after viewing the PCI content on the demo site, they realized that although they liked a lot of the content. However, they also wanted to include a few of their own policies specific to sales associates in the field.
After analyzing the client's needs, we combined portions of the original PCI content with the sales associate specific policy. We re-recorded the voice-over work in a new voice of the client's choosing, and successfully created a seamless and entertaining custom PCI course that has been used to successfully train thousands of field associates.
Content Customization Scenario Two: Custom Content and Worldwide Delivery Infrastructure
A Fortune 10 company came to FishNet Security Training Services because they knew that FishNet Security is the leading expert on security and security training. They wanted to create a custom Security Awareness program complete with brand new images, animations, interactivities, and integrated quizzing and testing. The client also wanted to use FishNet Security Training Services' hosting option to deploy servers and content seamlessly around the world, from China to Brazil and everywhere in between.
After in depth consulting, scoping, and storyboarding, FishNet Security Training Services created over an hour of completely custom interactive Security Awareness content that included company specific policies. By utilizing our multilingual project management department, we also simultaneously created the content in eight different languages including Arabic.
FishNet Security Training Services then built out custom infrastructure, utilized CDN and cloud technology, and modified Learning Management Systems to meet the complex demands of worldwide training.
To date, this advanced courseware and infrastructure has taught over 50,000 students the importance of Security Awareness.
